Where do Venturan’s get their water from?
Did you know that when you pull into a gas station to fuel up that those little 8″ circular steel caps are for removing and testing groundwater? Or that Wells Rd is called exactly that because of all the natural underground wells of water in the area? We recently completed a job in a “dry river bed” of that area and while excavating came upon ground water at a depth of 2′. And believe it or not the depth of the ground water can fluctuate with the ocean tides. Hard to visualize the possibility of ground water after 6 years of drought.
