This is a job we recently completed in Thousand Oaks, near Newbury Park in Ventura County. We began this job with a Landscape Design and ended up completing the construction as well. Angelus Estate Cobble I and II pavers were used for walkways, driveway band, entry stairs, and patio. We dressed up the house with a patio cover and a decorative “eyebrow” lattice over the garage. A new wrought iron fence was installed for safety. The irrigation is handled by Rainbird sprinklers and a Rainbird Smart Controller. Lighting is handled by a Vista transformer and LED fixtures which were used to uplight the trees, downlight the pathways, and were installed in the lattice over the garage for a cool effect on the garage door at night. We finished off the project with dwarf fescue sod and low maintenace plantings.
