I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce our team to you. The leaders of our organization are the father and son team of Tom and Jeremy Scarlett. While their duties almost totally overlap from one day to the next, Tom generally answers all new calls coming in and meets with new customers. Jeremy handles all the business and financial operations and is the project manager on all new installations. Our construction crew is also made up of Mario Marquez and Javier Castenada, both Ventura County natives with a combined 20 years experience in landscaping and irrigation. Our maintenance crew is made up of Ivan Bonds and Antonio Arteaga. Ivan is a Ventura County Native and has worked in the landscape maintenance industry for over 25 years. Our designing is done exclusively by Jason Stetler, who takes creatuve credit for all our new projects. Mario De Arcos is our Irrigation Technician and has over 25 years of experience in water and sewer systems. We look forward to meeting you very soon!
