Transforming hillside properties is always a challenge — and one of our favorite opportunities.

This Hidden Valley Spanish Revival home in Ventura received a full-property landscape renovation, including a new pool + spa, expanded Saltillo patios, European granite pavers, custom handmade Mexican tile, upgraded lighting, and drought-tolerant planting throughout. Over 10 months and more than 10,500 skilled man-hours, our team rebuilt the entire outdoor environment from the ground up.

We solved major drainage issues, preserved mature trees, and crafted outdoor rooms that reflect the homeowner’s love of Spain and Europe — blending old-world materials with modern outdoor living.
