Ray has worked for Scarlett’s Landscape in some capacity for over 15 years. Ray was raised in Ventura and was actually coached in baseball by Tom Scarlett in high school at Ventura HS. Ray spent many years working in the grocery industry, retiring in 2014. He currently leads one of our build crews as a Foreman is highly skilled in all areas of construction.

Ray is married to his wife of many years Janet and makes his home in Ventura. He has 2 married sons and is now a grandfather. When he’s not working, Ray loves spending time with his family and traveling with his wife.

Chris joined the Scarlett’s team in 2013. Chris has extensive education in his field with degrees in both Turfgrass Management and Plant and Soil Sciences from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Chris spent over 12 years in Golf Course management as a Superintendent as well as a builder. The
