Noah came to Scarlett’s Landscape as a paid intern for the Summer of 2016 and after he completed his degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly SLO in July 2017, he came to work at Scarlett’s full-time. After working as a Landscape Design Assistant for a few years, Noah was promoted to Landscape Designer in May 2019. He shares the Design workload with Jason and is working hard to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to be eligible to take the California Licensed Landscape Architect test in the next few years. Noah lives in Santa Paula with his fiance and enjoys traveling and baking amazing cookies!

Javier has worked for Scarlett’s since 2008 and is our longest tenured full time employee. His loyalty, dedication and work ethic are unmatched. Javier began as a laborer but eventually worked his way into Senior Landscape crew member and driver. Javier was born and raised in Ventura attending Ventura

Erin was born in Bakersfield, Ca., three years later she moved to Fresno where both her parents were born and raised. At the age of 8 her father’s Civil Engineering career landed her and her family in Ventura. She was active in softball until graduating from Ventura High School.
