Arturo came to Scarlett’s in 2013 as a laborer. He quickly showed his knowledge and skill and was soon promoted to a Foreman running one of our landscape crews. Arturo lives in Ventura with his wife and growing family and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling when he’s not working.

Javier has worked for Scarlett’s since 2008 and is our longest tenured full time employee. His loyalty, dedication and work ethic are unmatched. Javier began as a laborer but eventually worked his way into Senior Landscape crew member and driver. Javier was born and raised in Ventura attending Ventura

Jeremy was born and raised in Ventura. He graduated from St. Bonaventure HS in 1996 and UCLA in 2001. Jeremy grew up working with his father and continued to do so all through college. After college, he spent time in the environmental and financial fields before rejoining forces with

Erin was born in Bakersfield, Ca., three years later she moved to Fresno where both her parents were born and raised. At the age of 8 her father’s Civil Engineering career landed her and her family in Ventura. She was active in softball until graduating from Ventura High School.
