Javier Castaneda

Javier has worked for Scarlett’s since 2008 and is our longest tenured full time employee. His loyalty, dedication and work ethic are unmatched. Javier began as a laborer but eventually worked his way into Senior Landscape crew member and driver. Javier was born and raised in Ventura attending Ventura HS and still makes his home there. He enjoys watching sports and hanging out with family and friends when he’s not working.
