Chris joined the Scarlett’s team in 2013. Chris has extensive education in his field with degrees in both Turfgrass Management and Plant and Soil Sciences from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Chris spent over 12 years in Golf Course management as a Superintendent as well as a builder. The highlight of this career was working directly with Tom Doak on the Bay of Dreams course in La Paz Mexico. Chris currently supervises all irrigation installs on new projects as well as managing our warranty period. During this period, he looks after all new projects for the first 90 days making sure that all plants and irrigation systems are thriving. Chris makes his home in Ventura with his wife and 2 sons. When Chris isn’t working or taking his son to hockey practice, he enjoys playing poker and watching any of his home town Boston teams compete.

Javier has worked for Scarlett’s since 2008 and is our longest tenured full time employee. His loyalty, dedication and work ethic are unmatched. Javier began as a laborer but eventually worked his way into Senior Landscape crew member and driver. Javier was born and raised in Ventura attending Ventura

Arturo came to Scarlett’s in 2013 as a laborer. He quickly showed his knowledge and skill and was soon promoted to a Foreman running one of our landscape crews. Arturo lives in Ventura with his wife and growing family and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling when

Ray has worked for Scarlett’s Landscape in some capacity for over 15 years. Ray was raised in Ventura and was actually coached in baseball by Tom Scarlett in high school at Ventura HS. Ray spent many years working in the grocery industry, retiring in 2014. He currently leads one
